Participation fee:
The participation fee for one person without discounts is set at 400 € without VAT, the fee does not include transport and accommodation. Accommodation, if required, is calculated separately.

Cancellation policy:
In the case of non-participation, the participation fee is not refundable, but an alternate participant is allowed. The costs of booked accommodation will be paid by the, in accordance with the cancellation conditions of the Hotel pod Lipou.
Cancellation for accommodation is aligned by hotel conditions:
- accommodation can be canceled without cancellation fee more than a month before the event.
- a month before the event until a week before the event 50% with each canceled room
- less than a week before the event is to cancel the room 100% cancellation.
